Washington at about 7AM this morning... it was quite cold Three PNC Plaza (green) nearing completion National City is not long for this world... headlights on parade along the Monongahela snow-covered rooftops of the South Side the Slopes the LRT racing to the South Hills the overlooks along Grandview Ave.
