The picture of the kitchen?  Where is that?  the backsplash is very similar to what I am thinking of doing.  any info would be appreciated.

I wish I remembered the interior designer who did that model unit, but the building is called Trideca Lofts and I believe that model unit is one of 2 remaining units.  You could probably contact the developer (I'll send you a PM with some info) and have them assist you with who did the kitchen.  Here is another view of that same backsplash you like that I took...

 

BTW, great photos CDM.  I'm always depressed by Detroit pictures though...maybe lead off with that next time and end with a bang.
