I have 8 stars, David has 10, Chadoh has 3... what does it all mean?  Is it related to number of posts? 

I've also wondered about that.

On UO you're required to have at least 3 pieces of flair relating to your post count.

The more stars you have, the more awesome you are as a human being.  And if the stars are blue, that's even better. 

 

But yeah, post count.  And it is kind of redundant, since we have post count, stars, and the building rating.
