Very nice.  This is a city with which I must get better acquainted while in Wisconsin.

Concrete Lightpoles? I think I'm in Hamilton.

The City looks great except for the boring and anemic grouping of skyscrapers and the terrible soviet style apartment towers everywhere.

I enjoyed my time in Milwaukee this memorial day.  Nice place.

Some great old buildings there....however the telephone lines need to be burried!

Actually, that's Brady Street, one of the most unique streets in the city.  It's really a neat, albeit different, experience being under all those wires.  And when a group of Hollywood directors came through town scouting locations a couple of years back, they commented in the Journal Sentinel about the powerlines' unique aesthetic.

I always find myself impressed with Milwaukee when I see these photo threads.

fantastic photos!

Cool- gotta check that place out.  Looks like a lot of nifty new housing going up.  As oft mentioned in other threads, lots of it indeed seems very Clevelandy.  Thanks for posting all those.
