Posted January 19, 200916 yr While looking for a new couch for our basement we went to Value City. I thought it would be all white trashy or ghetto, but actually we were pleasantly surprised by the quality for the dollar we spent. We had gone to Ikea (crap but cheap) and Crate & Barrel (not crap but overpriced) earlier and VC seemed to offer the best product for the money. Delivery was a little outlandish (100 bucks? No, thx. So, we supported the home team and seem to have gotten a good deal. Word to Value City. :lol:
January 19, 200916 yr Value $hity is one of furniture's best kept secrets. We bought a lot of our furniture there. The couch is just OK, but it was cheap and looks great. We also bought a TV stand and corner desk, both of which are top quality. Great value for your dollar.
