Posted January 21, 200916 yr sure it's kind of a box, but look glowing fabric that you can do projections on -- nice! Architecture Review | Copenhagen Concert Hall For Intimate Music, the Boldest of Designs Copenhagen Concert Hall: The building is swathed in a bright blue exterior made of translucent fabric. By NICOLAI OUROUSSOFF Published: January 19, 2009 COPENHAGEN — It’s usually considered an insult to say that an architect designs pretty packages, let alone that he borrows ideas from a dead genius. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/20/arts/design/20hall.html?_r=1
January 21, 200916 yr I'd liked the interior at first glance. The longer that I looked at it, the more it started to bore me.
January 22, 200916 yr yeah, the looks don't last. i wonder how the sound is? that's the most important thing. i guess time will tell. i'd like to see night shots of it with more projections too. projection screenings like that should be done waaay more often. maybe cities or businesses could cover up some boring old buildings and do it? you could make a city kind of blade runner-ish. :wink2:
