February 12, 200916 yr Its been vacant since 1975. Which building is that? 25 South Main Street Located in downtown Dayton, at 25 S. Main. Owned by the City of Dayton. Originally built in 1917, this building was home to a savings and loan association with small offices on the upper floors. The building is concrete frame with a buff colored brick curtain wall. This building is unique because it is just four windows wide yet fourteen windows deep. While this building appears small at first glance, each of the twelve floors contain 4,000 square feet. http://www.preservationdayton.com/25-south-main-street.cfm
