Posted February 13, 200916 yr I've already toured Reserve Square, Statler Arms, Chesterfield (what a dump), Osbourne/Huron, and the 1900 Euclid Lofts. Are there any other buildings in this area that I'm missing. I want to also look at Prospect Place and Pointe at Gateway but I'm just wondering if there are other smaller buildings around that area that I can't find online. Thanks!
February 13, 200916 yr I think you've covered them all. Be wary of the Osbourne, as the southern side sits across from a section 8 complex that has had its share of problems.
February 13, 200916 yr Is it possible to merge this thread into the following thread? http://www.urbanohio.com/forum2/index.php/topic,18210.msg366879.html#msg366879
February 13, 200916 yr I think you've covered them all. Be wary of the Osbourne, as the southern side sits across from a section 8 complex that has had its share of problems. I live in the osborn, I've never had an issue. Though I've been woken up a couple times due to noise by loitering residents and their friends. After the "incident" they are no longer allowed to gather there, i haven't really heard a peep since. The management at the osborn and huron square are above and beyond anything you will get anywhere else. They bend over backwards to make you happy. Living there for 6 years, I have nothing but positives to say about my experinece in this place.
February 13, 200916 yr ^The concerns I raised were provided by two girls at law school. It is quite possible they were overly-sensitive to the problems.

February 19, 200916 yr I've noticed that girls at school who are from other areas and other countries seem to like living downtown, even alone. Sometimes they aren't ready for what they'll encounter and it really throws them off.
