Kenton project may be 1,100 units

A residential project with nearly 1,100 housing units that would be the largest in Kenton County in about 15 years is being planned in the cities of Covington and Taylor Mill, a county planning official said Wednesday.

Tuscany changes pending

City commission to meet again on project

COVINGTON - Covington City Commission cleared the way for two major projects Tuesday - the Tuscany housing development in south Covington and Taylor Mill and Academy Flats Senior Housing in the former Fifth District School.

Everytime a subdivision goes in, they claim that its helping home ownership. No, the percentage drops because you add more homes that are occupied, but the rented properties are still the same in number, maybe even caused to grow. You haven't accomplished much except changing your statistic to the outside world.
