The report by Charity Navigator shows that the combined financial performance of the 42 Cleveland charities ranked second only to those in San Diego. Last year, Cleveland was 12th. March 2, 200916 yr Very cool. If you give money to a Cleveland based charity, odds are it will be used nearly exclusively for the intended purpose. Many charites and non profilts operate at well above 20% overhead.
