October 7, 200519 yr Why don't they make a pitch to companies outof state instead of instate. No wonder our cities isn't growing much in Ohio like the south. The jobs move from one part of town to another and hardly bring in new jobs.
October 7, 200519 yr This is just one example how the lack of regional government kills us. Strongsville is offering all these tax incentives to steal those jobs. UPS has to put the site in the area. If we had a collective approach, we wouldn't have to offer any incentives at all.
October 7, 200519 yr Don't blame me, I voted for DeMio. I can't stand Perciak! His whole campaign was based on reducing traffic in Strongsville, and he's done is encouraged more strip malls and box retail :whip:

Wagner Plain Dealer Reporter Middleburg Heights - A United Parcel Service subsidiary will remain in the city and add about 160 jobs, Mayor Gary Starr announced Wednesday.
