Posted March 22, 200916 yr Spring break started on Friday and I decided that the first thing that I wanted to do was go up to Cleveland for the day. So, Saturday (21 March 2009) my friends and I made our way up to Cleveland, parking at W 150th (Puritas Station) and made our way to Ohio City! Made our way down Lorain and went to Unique Thrift Store (across from 5/3 Bank) to look for some ironic t-shirts  and then made our way Downtown. The skies cleared up! And it is cloudy again... Hunger started to set in, so we decided to make our way to Little Italy for dinner. Although the weather wasn't the best, I still had a good time and after our fun filled day my friend from Houston said, "I love Cleveland." He also said that he likes how Cleveland has a train that actually goes places. Goodbye Cleveland!
March 22, 200916 yr I drove down Euclid ave. last Saturday after the Men's MAC Championship game and it looks amazing at night. They did a wonderful job! I didn't have my camera on me, but it really looked good.
March 22, 200916 yr Good tour and some interesting compositions, especially in the Public Square area.
March 22, 200916 yr Nice job - I particularly like the composition on the pic of Old Stone Church with the sidewalk in the foreground leading you toward the church - it's a view I've not seen before.
March 22, 200916 yr Thanks everyone! I drove down Euclid ave. last Saturday after the Men's MAC Championship game and it looks amazing at night. They did a wonderful job! I didn't have my camera on me, but it really looked good. And yes, they did a really good job on Euclid.
March 23, 200916 yr East 4th st. looks pretty cool. Also, interesting to note that it still looks pretty wintry up in Cleveland, while Cincinnati was definitely in early spring, as the trees were beginning to bud and it was in the 70s for two days.
March 23, 200916 yr ^That's what happens when you essentially have a giant swamp cooler just to the north - Lakebreezes are a pain now, but a godsend in warmer summer months. Nice shots as always, Andrew! :-) clevelandskyscrapers.com Cleveland Skyscrapers on Instagram
March 23, 200916 yr ^ On the back end you also get the extended Autumn. As others said, some interesting compositions here. Nice job!
March 27, 200916 yr A great collection of building, structural and architectural photos! "In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage." -- John Steinbeck
March 27, 200916 yr nice pics...and, if I recall, the Cavs put a beating on the Hawks that day too! It was a good day to be downtown...
