Took a brief trip to Montreal over the weekend.  Despite walking something like 15 miles on Friday, I mostly only took pictures in the old city.  Here are some of those.

That city is freaking awesome.  I would seriously consider moving there.

Wow... you could definately pass some of those photos off as being from Europe... and that church!  Thanks for sharing!

^Yeah, that's what I was thinking too!

Your pics of the church are amazing.

OMG, I LOVE CURVED GLASS!!!!!

Thank you for sharing these.  Montreal is a beautiful place.  I wish you would've take a few shots of the new city though.  I love the RESO (formerly Ville Souterraine)

How did Canada get so much of this beautiful European architecture while we missed out down here?!?

Montreal is an awesome city with some incredible neighborhoods.

I freaking love Montreal. Mercy buckets, mon frere.

F'in bee-a-you-ta-full.

What a weird concept... Building around the older neighborhoods instead of over them.

WOW ..... I have got to get to this city! Dyaaaaaaamn!

Fantastic, I really need to get there.

I've seen photos of Montreal before, but not many of the grand public spaces. It looks like a stunningly gorgeous city, and your photos are crisp and clear and beautifully composed. Happy thread to start my morning!

Never been to Montreal, but ZOMG haha.

It's gorgeous.  I guess I'll have to get up there one of these days.
