I headed up to Evanston today to take some photos of my favorite Illinois city other than Chicago.  An active downtown, beautiful leafy neighborhoods, picturesque lakefront setting, and a youthful collegiate presence all combine to create an outstanding city. :banger:

Ahhh, yes. Evanston is lovely, and so are the men. Chicago's lakefront is the place to be for eye candy in summer.

I don't have any additional photos of the cute boys.  However, just spend some time in Chicago at North Avenue Beach this summer.  Particularly focus on all of the beach volleyball courts, as they'll be populated by hot body after hot body after hot body all summer long. :)

Nice shots... Love Evanston; it prol'ly has more population/commercial density than a lot of major American cities, esp w/ the expanding TOD development (wish Cleveland could swipe one of those sexy highrises -- yeah, I'm more turned on by the buildings than the shirtless guys)... Lakewood's kind of like Evanston but w/o the top university.

I've surveiled Evanston from live.com but never seen street level views of the city until this thread. It looked almost European in its density on live.com, but these pictures confirm it. Having just returned from London, methinks something looks very familiar with Evanston's land use patterns. Thanks for the great pics.
