I don't give a damn what you crazies say ... Toronto is the ONLY city I'd consider moving to from Cincy ... and that says a lot.

Yeah dude, 'cus it's like the gay mecca. lolol Come out of the closet first; the city will be more exciting for you!

I mean, no self respecting gay man like me wouldn't be caught at a mall with a Sears!  Never!

Your last NYC shopping tour proved that you'd be no where near Eaton Centre.  That mall is full of US chain stores, tourists, and sometimes fake hoodlums who listen to 50 cent.

You sir, would be up on Bloor between Avenue Road and Yonge Street.

That area didn't seem that great either though.

He'd actually take VIA rail straight to Montreal.

Being the 7th most expensive shopping street in the world and the 3rd most expensive retail space to rent, I think many would disagree.  Again, blinded by the fact the street is about as attractive as the Avenue of the America's.  We can't fathom that so much ugly concrete and glass could be so successful.

But it isn't the seventh most expensive shopping district in the world let alone richest streets.

You're referencing a list of ten rich streets they picked (I believe it was Forbes back in '07) and ranked them.  I remember the list not having New Bond Street in London (which blows away everybody in this country sans Fifth Avenue).  And it isn't about aesthetics (otherwise, the Mag Mile would be off the list as it's got some hideous structures...as does Causeway Bay in Hong Kong...and the Ginza in Tokyo), just about store quality (I mean...really...a WINNER'S!??! in the heart of the richest neighborhood?).  I mean, can you imagine if TJ MAXX opened up on 71st & Madison Avenue?!?!

Hey, the rich are feeling the pinch of the recession too! One can only wish :)
