I recently worked on a project with HBIC and encouraged him to put a team together because his work is phenomenal.

I'd say nothing that complicated.  We're a small nonprofit and we just want to more effectively tell the story of what we do.

I admit that my strength (and 80% of my experience) is print-based. That said, I can do some online basics, but once it gets into heavier coding/programming territory, I need to defer to someone else.
