Posted June 12, 200916 yr I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it seems like it is. Anyways, how do airlines determine the feasibility of offering international flights out of a given city? Is it the amount of business travelers? Leisure travelers? Fuel costs? Airport/city location? Size of airport? Thanks all!

March 19, 201510 yr I have flown (as a passenger) Singapore to Newark which is approx. 20 hours. They used an A340-500 with only 100 business class seats - no coach class. I do not believe that they offer this flight any longer. Service was great - all the food and drink you could possibly want.
