Another study...out of the 25 metros studied...Cleveland and Portland came up with the best reviews.  Even though it is impossible to not question the scientific aspect of this study, I think they're may be some truth to the lack of negative incidents while in the Cleveland area.  Here's a blip:

Drivers in the Big Apple are the angriest and most aggressive in the nation, a new survey on road rage reveals.

New York drivers tailgate, speed, honk their horns, overreact and lose their tempers, Reuters reports...

Sick of the road rage? Might want to move to Portland or Cleveland, which have the most considerate drivers.

Limited experience here, but LA drivers really seemed to stand on a whole 'nother level of aggression when I was there.

makes sense. the ne ohio/clev region is overbuilt for highways compared to the population it has today. that makes for generally polite drivers.

I'm glad to see this headline. I've been saying the same thing since I moved here from Detroit a couple years ago. It's really a remarkable difference!
