I'm surprised to see the that the Scott Castle (James Scott Mansion) will be turned into apartments and condo's.  I figured it would just sit there and get demolished one day.

I'm curious to know what 7 building near Eastern Market are being turned into townhomes and apartments.

I used to live next door to Forest Arms.  How severe was this fire?  Always liked that building.

it destroyed the entire fourth floor.  Two winters have devastated the lower floors.  All the brick walls of the exterior remain intact though.  A man who committed suicide by barricading and igniting himself was responsible for the fire.
