Yes, its was the old home for the Indianapolis Indians. I have not seen the redevelopment plans for a few years but, last I saw this was to be removed to make way for the expansion of the biotech park near IUPUI in the future.

I'm not sure if it's still going on, but Toledo managed to find a reuse for their old Triple-A stadium. It's an old county fairground park (some Americana flavor, but it's got nothing on the new stadium). Indy's old park looks cooler than Ned Skeldon ever was, even in its prime. What kind of location is this?

 

Bush Stadium is in a residential neighborhood a couple of miles northwest of downtown Indianapolis. It is somewhat industrial just east of the stadium, fairly rough to the west and north.
