I'll start by saying these aren't the greatest pictures and I know there are many beautiful churches here in Dayton (as well as elsewhere).

Feel free to add on if you have any of other Dayton (or nearby cities/towns-i.e. Kettering, Oakwood...)

I personally love the subtle beauty of Corpus Christi.

Yep, gotta love some of those churches (not the "big box" at the start, though...)

Still, as always, my favorite church goes to the Sacred Heart church downtown. What a beauty!!!!!

I agree- I added Patterson Park kind of as an obligatory since I go there sometimes. And since I'm a member of Community UMC I added them as well.

But they aren't quite as pleasing to the eye as the others.

I'm quite fond of the beauty of Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Oakwood which I attend once a month to go to the

Shape-Note singings there. Sept-May

No Baptist churches?  Are we not good enough???  Not even a synagogue.  This is a sacrilegious thread!

There are two Catholic churches- St. Joseph and Holy Trinity.

I do have one of a First Baptist (I think that is the name but it's not that good- I can still post it though).

Haven't gotten around to taking any of synagogues yet.

Well I can't attach anymore pictures so I am not sure how to add the picture of the Baptist church.

sweetie, do you have a photobucket or flickr account??

Yeah, you can only attach photos from the original post. If you are using photobucket, for instance, it gives you the image URL for you to copy in here.

Looks like you can do a reply and attach more images. The forum software allows for up to 17 for each thread. If you press "Modify" on your original post, it gives you the option to attach more images as long as it doesn't reach 17.

Loving these Dayton threads!

Yes- I will have to upload it to my photobucket account and then add it on.
