Is anyone else having issues trying to edit posts?  It seems like if I post an article, it physically won't allow me to scroll down, past the preview box.  Actually I can scroll down but if I click on the text anywhere to do any editing, it kicks me back to the top... very strange...

I haven't encountered that problem. Yet. However, recently I've had trouble embedding YouTube videos. The first time this happened was a couple of weeks ago when I posted one of Rod Blagojevich doing an Elvis impression at a Chicago street fair, so I guess I deserved to have this privilege taken away. I therefore apologize. Is anyone else having this problem?

Are  you running Internet Explorer 8? If so, you need to go to compatibility mode in order for the edit function in UO to work. There's a button just to the left of the "refresh" button at the top of the IE page. Click it to get into compatibility mode, and your editing problem should go away.

Robert Pence... you sir are a genius, and my new hero... and IE8 has pretty much been nothing but a pain in my rear ever since I installed it.

Do yourself a favor McCleveland and uninstall IE8; it is loaded with bugs. IE7 will return (or whatever version that was installed previously).
