I have questions about this city that I can't seem to find on google.  The first is who are those people in red that chant in the morning in public square around 8:30 AM? 

 

The second question is who are those random people on the side of the road with a briefcase and vials of liquid?  They are trying to sell them and I am so curious I thought about asking, but you wouldn't do that in Atlanta or you would surely be shot!

Oh VERY nice!  I like that Cleveland is doing that.  Schools are just SO much better up here!

I've seen them selling the stuff on the #20 bus as well, and getting a lot of interest. I don't know if they sold much, but a lot of bus riders were curious.
