Here is a mix of both home tours. This year's was cut a little short for me, since everyone came within the first two hours and I was the only one thereafter, but hey I got a personal tour of Fton this year which highlights homes that are being fixed up or built by the Franklinton Development Association.

Next up will be a more comprehensive look at Franklinton. (Hopefully the weather will cooperate later this week.)

Sweet. I'll take the  green home.  How far is it from Spaghetti Warehouse?  :-P

A short bike ride, but the Florentine is closer. :)

Thanks!

Thanks for the photo tour.  Looks like many different stages of renovation were featured, eh?  I wondered where the arts space was located - it wasn't on the location map in the Dispatch article.  That Broad and Hawkes location is pretty good.  It's right in the middle of Franklinton's restaurant row.  Next door is the Florentine and Tommy's Diner is across the street, among others.

Hopefully the FDA and Franklinton can keep this momentum going.

Nice photos!

very good! vwe never get enough from around here.

Great photos! I really hope that area makes a come back.
