November 9, 200915 yr That "Detroit Tire and Wheel Co." building could really look nice. (or had looked nice in the past) Looks like it used to be a bank or something. I'm glad to see that the building is still used, and not a vacant lot. But, what makes someone say "let's take this stately old building and paint it BLUE?"
