Special thanks to Quimbob for tipping me off about this.

"Zombie Walks" have been a tradition and stunt in cities across the USA for a few years now, just recently, Cincinnati held it's first. What exactly is a zombie walk and what would Cincinnati look like if it was the set of "Dawn of the Dead?" The answers to these questions and quotes like this:

As the zombie's walked past Cadillac Ranch, it was hard to tell who was intentionally dressed up as mindless member of the walking dead and who was just another "hipster" frequenting the bar.

Blood on Cincinnati streets again? You don't say...

very creepy

A similar group took over Downtown Dayton a few months ago.  Awesome.

They do that in Columbus. I saw them a couple years ago walking down the street and didn't know what the hell was going on. It was really creepy.

I think this is hillarious!

Personally, I enjoy how considerate the zombies are in those photos.  They courteously keep to the sidewalks and out of vehicle traffic.  Who knew?

Must be the city's German heritage. "Welcome to Cincinnati, where even the zombies obey the crosswalk signals."
