Posted November 9, 200915 yr Like Rob did, I just want to do one photo since it's big and would bog down my Chicago thread. Hope you enjoy. I shot this from the Childrens Memorial Hospital on Lincoln Ave. It offers a further out, but unobstructed view --- which became the fate of the North Ave Collection Garage, now with a tower plopped in front of the view. As long as zoning restrictions continue to keep stuff below 8 floors, this view should remain complete for years to come SCROLL ----------------------> SCROLL ---------------------->

November 9, 200915 yr Yeah, I agree with edale. This is sweet! I'm loving all your photos from Chicago.
November 9, 200915 yr Thanks Guys BALLY'S!!! The Century Center is further Northeast from here. I don't care for that view as it compresses the skyline. Not to mention that place is depressing. 8 story mall of gloom and doom.
November 9, 200915 yr And how do you the specific building your staff live in??? :wtf: I'm close with all my employees.
November 10, 200915 yr cool view. chicago does a great job of lining it's buildings up in a row, its like columbus on steroids.
January 5, 201015 yr Holy crap. I was just in Chicago 3wks ago. That city is incredible. I could go on and on about how much I like it but most you guys would know who have been there. I have been there many times but it had been several years ago because of health problems. I will try to get up there at least once or twice a yr now. The change in the skyline and city overall put me in awe.
