Personally, I think somebody on this site could've done a better job with this!  The skyline is kinda Bush League!!!!

Ah that confirms my ignorance that Ohio is all about farms and some dirty and dark generic skyline in the distance. 

 

In all seriousness, there is too much going on in the design.  It needs to be simplified.

I have to agree.  Too busy!  And nothing that really says "Ohio" to me.
