Go west of N High and you'll stumble across this upper-middle class urban strip. The northern half is in 5th x NW and the southern half is in Grandview Heights. Here is the 2nd most intact (and active) urban street in Columbus in that order.

The Drexel Grandview Theatre, Grandview Cafe, and Stauf's had me visiting Grandview Heights on a frequent basis when I was in Columbus.  Love that area.

Wow, my perception of Columbus just got a little better. :)

It will be interesting to see how the Grandview Yard development will affect Gradview Avenue.  I'm glad to see they're including a residential element to the new building replacing those lost in the fire.
