The good thing is that it is usually the Browns who are 'sneaking out of the stadium with a win.' The Bucs should feel VERY fortunate to have won that game.

Does anybody know what Delhomme hurt? (ankle? foot? toe?). He played terribly once he started limping.... throwing off his back foot for both of his INT's.

The right side of the o-line looked terrible and I do not think they used Cribbs nearly enough. Harrison had that one big run but was bottled up on his other 8 carries. Other than that and, of course, the turnovers and game mgt blunders, I did not have any major issues with the way the team played.

I saw the line collapsing a lot. And on Harrison's other runs he was basically getting tackled the moment he was handed the ball. The line needs to be checked out, maybe run more plays to the left.

YES!!  Let Peyton Hillis take the pounding and move the pile up the middle.  Harrison is fast and I think they can use him better than they are.

Hillis(as long as he stops fumbling) down the middle and Harrison to the outside.

And give Harrison Vickers everytime

I am actually going to be at the game in Tampa this Sunday.... can't wait.

I was there, and I don't know how long it's been since I've been so uncomfortably hot.  I was actually praying for rain, and more excited about the rain than the game by the time it came.

Im going this week. I hope the weather is good!

If one of my co-workers can't use the company tickets, I may be at the game on Sunday. Win or lose, I always love going to the game live

I'll be there Sunday.

Who knows. I might be there too, I know my siblings will be...

Honestly I thought the Holmgren-Brown issue had been resolved.

Jake the snake is in a walking boot and Senca is taking all of the practice snaps. Oh and KC showed some life last week and beat San Diego. It should be interesting on Sunday.

Seneca is my man. I hope he gets a start to show what he can do.

Frickin Don Banks at SI rated the Browns number 32 this week.

Too predictable.  Defenses willl know exactly what to do when either running back is in.  I say go with Harrison, using Hillis to spell.  When Harrison has been given 20+ touches in the past, he's been very dangerous.

I know. If you look at Harrison's stats throughout the seasons prior to those last 3 games of last season, every time he got at least 15 carries he ran for over 100 yards. He should definitely be getting the most touches.

Hillis is awesome in the open field. That to me says screens and play-action. Running him up the middle makes no sense to me.

Good to see you are still all in for this season KJP.

Yeah, but I'm not holding a football party this week like I did last week. Now I want to see if they can play a whole game and win it. Hope the Browns can tackle well on special teams....

LOL. This is going to the first home open in 5 or 6 years that I haven't either gone to my buddy's for his annual Browns party, which was most years, or I went to the game. The party was always fun, he'd have TV's everywhere and there were always tons of kids. Unfortunately his wife is due anyday so no party this year. So as of right now I plan on sitting on my couch.

Me and a couple friends decided that we were going to change the scenery each week that we don't go to the game.  J. Malloy's on Mayfield was week 1.  I'm thinking Panini's (either Coventry or 222nd) for week two... or Boneyard perhaps.  Just somewhere with a good patio if and while the weather is still nice.

I am nervous for a game against KC....

jeez..

"A couple of friends and I decided..."

What did you decide?  Don't leave us hanging!

"A couple of friends and I decided..."

Thanks, Mom.  You sure got a good grasp on that grammer thang.

I knew you missed me!

I'm off the bandwagon. These two games I counted as wins before the season. Now comes the hard part of the schedule. When numerous members of a team don't protect the football, repeatedly make stupid mistakes and can't adjust to the other team's adjustments in the second half, that's bad coaching.

See you next year. Maybe.

Fair weather fan

On their way to another 5-11 season. Poor offensive performance. Defense played well enough to win. Indeed, these were two games they definitely needed to win. And just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water!

I see us having a worse record this year after these 2 games. Some coaches need to go

End result is tough to stomach, but I will still take this Browns team over any since they returned in 1999.  Defense played well enough to win these two games.  They have basically only given up one touchdown so far, the one in the 4th quarter against TB.  I love guys like Matt Roth, TJ Ward, and Joe Haden..... all physical players for their position.

Something is wrong with the 2nd half offense.  Fix that and we are 2-0... beating one team that handled San Diego fairly easily in their opening week and another that appears better than people want to give them credit for.

Seneca Wallace is definitely not a starting quarterback according his inability to throw the ball on target. Running quarterbacks may be exciting on some plays but the simple fact is that they just dont win. I think that the biggest upset for the fans is that we overhyped our quarterbacks this season. Still better then what we had last year but not as good as we were expecting.

F$^#@!

Time to start rooting for Mangini's firing and winning the Ryan Mallet sweepstakes.

Stupid Browns....

Well one thing I must say, at least these aren't blown out we've come to know.

This year it appears they are positioned to win, then some how self destruct.

Not that, this matter - because the only thing that does is a "w" in the win column.

Let's wait and see how good the Chiefs and Bucs look at the end of the year.  I'm not convinced that either belong outside of the bottom quarter of the league.

I'm interested in seeing that as well.  I think the Chiefs are a bit underrated.  I will say, though, that the Browns looked the 'better team' on both Sundays... stupid mental mistakes, turnovers, penalties and a missed field goal have gotten them to 0-2

Where is the broken record graphic when you need it? MTS that might as well be your signature....

Aw come on man, you know that's the truth.  The truth hurts.  I love the Browns but i'm not going to sugar coat stuff

Just giving you a hardtime, :)

That is especially true in the NFL where the talent level is so close. All that matters is who get the W and who gets the L.

how many touchdowns will the D need to score to win today...?

interesting game so far, each team had only three possessions in the first half -- an nfl record low.

I actually see an 0-7 start....but didn't expect much more... Signs of improvement. Cannot stop a team with a 2nd & 23 (was that it?)..that's sad.

we got a 100yd rusher against baltimore...  bright spot..
