Does anyone have experience living in a building managed by Coral, or any other feedback with regard to quality of residential management service? Some of the urban properties they manage include the Pinnacle, WT Grant Lofts, 1900 Euclid Lofts. and then there is crocker park.  :|

I live in the Pinnacle and we are pretty happy with their management service. I think it really depends on the building manager.Our current building manager has made a big difference with everything from Association dues billing to cleanliness of the building. She also does a good job communicating with us as far as what is going on with the building. That was not always the case with former managers. I have a few friends that live in the WT Grant Lofts and they speak very highly of the job they are doing over there as well.
