Banana Republic has been gone since 2004...

I'm glad they do not put that junk up anymore.

They are a bit Tim Burtonesque!

Those are a fun, depressing reminder of the past!

They were not installed this year supposedly due to the cost of installation/budget, etc. type issues. This, I was told from someone I know who knows someone who works in FCE TCC offices....  May Day is correct.  The same scenario went for the big tree in The Galleria.

 

I actually liked these animated decorations...fun....and good for drawing familys down there.

I always liked those decorations, but wish they would have changed them up from time to time.

I too loved these decorations as a kid!!  I was so sad there were taken down but I figured it was due to the costs...
