January 26, 201015 yr I don't think you do explain this one. I think you fire some people and buy some windows, then maybe donate to a neighborhood charity.
January 26, 201015 yr If I were living in this neighborhood I would be irate. Neighbors called the gas company about the smell of natural gas on multiple occasions and it (apparently) was never turned off. One of the neighbors even said the gas company told him they took care of it and he had nothing to worry about. If the gas company was told of the leak and never turned it off I think they should be held responsible. Hopefully it doesn't come to this, but the neighbors affected by the blast have grounds for a lawsuit for sure. Hopefully the gas company and/or negligent owners will come forward to help those affected.
