Posted February 28, 201015 yr Okay this isn't a definite, but I have been thinking about this for a while. My spring break goes from March 8th to the 12. So it's basically the 6th through the 14th if you counted the weekend. I have been thinking of visiting Cincinnati and maybe meeting some of the forumers in the area. For me, it's about an 8 hour drive so I'll need to stay at a hotel. Does anyone have any suggestions on some inexpensive, but good hotels fairly close to downtown? I'm also thinking of stopping in Columbus on the way so if anyone in the cbus area is free and you want to meet, let me know. Like I said, this isn't definite, but I would LOVE to make the trip. Also, if anyone would like to play "tour guide" while I'm in Cincy, I'd be very appreciative.
February 28, 201015 yr I won't be in town then to play tour guide for you, but I bet if you ask nicely you might be able to crash on someone's couch while you're there.
February 28, 201015 yr Thanks for moving the thread, I wasn't sure where to put it. And if someone were to let me stay that would be great, but do you recommend any good and inexpensive hotels?
March 1, 201015 yr I'm in Columbus and am often available. Chris can surely provide you with a good Cincinnati and Dayton tour.

I can't do weekdays (work) but if you are here on a Saturday or Sunday, I will definately be able to give you a tour! Just keep me informed! March 1, 201015 yr Meaning, the 6th, 7th, 13th, or 14th would be fine for me to give you a tour. My tours usually last all day so prepare for that. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

March 1, 201015 yr Haha from the looks of his photo threads, I can believe that. I'm actually starting to think that coming at the end of the semester (1st week of May) would be a better idea. It's an 8 hour trip for me and the way this winter has been going, and the way my car has been reacting to it, I don't want to have an emergency out somewhere between Columbus and Cincinnati where I have never driven. Or out in the middle of nowhere in PA even...
